1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77anc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77anc website located at https://77anc.io and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Service").

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77anc platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process available on the 77anc Login page.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77anc will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have formally notified 77anc of unauthorised access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method before withdrawals are approved or at any time we consider verification necessary. 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on the 77anc platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 77anc, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

Accepted Payment Methods

77anc accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77anc account within two minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to four hours during standard banking hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• 77anc does not charge any fee on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77anc accepts no liability.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.
• 77anc reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large or unusual deposit transactions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the associated wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• 77anc reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional identity or fraud checks. You will be informed if such a review is initiated.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that do not match the name on your 77anc account.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, 77anc may freeze the account and withhold withdrawal processing pending a full investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77anc offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The general conditions below apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full account registration and KYC verification process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means ৳3,000 must be wagered before a ৳100 bonus can be withdrawn).

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play bets are accepted subject to the discretion of 77anc's trading team and may be suspended at any time during an event. 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77anc platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9 Responsible Gaming

In all cases, 77anc's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data
